We do not offer refunds or returns for any reason once a purchase is completed — unless the item is received in a defective or damaged condition (see below). Please ensure your purchase is correct before finalizing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items – 48-Hour Grace Period

If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Replacement of the item

  • Repair assistance

  • Store credit (in limited cases)

To qualify, the item must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the damage or defect

Failure to notify us within 48 hours voids eligibility for any remedy.
