Standard Shipping & Fulfilment

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Shipping times may vary depending on product availability, destination, and courier schedules.

  • A confirmation email containing tracking details (where applicable) will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

  • Estimated delivery times will be communicated during checkout, although these remain subject to change based on third-party courier services.

Local Delivery Options

For select areas, EPLUS9INE is pleased to offer local hand-delivery of e-bikes and large items.

  • This service is available by arrangement and incurs an additional charge, based on distance and item type.

  • Please contact us directly to enquire about eligibility and fees for personalised delivery services.

Sourcing Orders & Extended Fulfilment

Certain products or custom orders may involve special sourcing or third-party procurement. In these instances:

  • Delivery times may be extended and will be communicated clearly at the time of purchase.

  • Delivery insurance may be available upon request, though availability is not guaranteed for all sourcing orders. We recommend discussing insurance options with our team prior to confirmation of such orders.

 

Delivery Insurance

While EPLUS9INE takes every possible precaution to package and dispatch your items safely, delivery insurance—when offered—can provide added peace of mind for higher-value or specialist orders.

  • Not all couriers or sourcing suppliers provide delivery insurance.

  • If coverage is available, the option will be presented to you before dispatch. Please note that declining insurance may limit your recourse in the event of loss or damage during transit.

 

Undeliverable or Delayed Shipments

We are not liable for delays caused by external carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. Should a delivery be unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or failed attempts, any resulting costs or redelivery charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
